I love writing interactive articles in which you guys can leave comments and I hope you’re going to like this article and I’m already excited to read your comments on the booksRead More →

Title: Nowhere but Here Series: #1 Thunder Road Author: Katie McGarry Genre: young adult, contemporary, biker romance Publisher: Harlequin Teen Release Date: May 26th 2015 Format: hardcover Pages: 496 An unforgettable new series from acclaimed author Katie McGarry about taking risks, opening your heart and ending up in a place you never imagined possible. Reminiscing on our vacation from the week before and enhancing the photos I took there, spending time with the family and more.. It has been a busy but fun week. I’ve received a lot of awesome new books, finished reading four books, wrote new articles for the blog and had to do a lot of stuff around the house. Since returning from vacation I’m having a set back mood-wise unfortunately and I’m really hoping it’ll get better next week. But despite feeling down from time to time, I still had a lovely week, enjoying Luciën’s last week of holiday.  Let me tell you what IRead More →

On July 17th 2016 my first (Book) Struggle Sunday article went online. This article started out as an article in which I could rant about popular discussed subjects within a book community. An article of which I hoped would be an interactive article, in which readers/fellow bloggers would like to participate in. I love ranting about specific subjects regarding books – or other things for that matter, and I love to hear other people’s thoughts on those subjects as well. I can be a bit ‘spicy’ when being in a discussion about something, because I’m just extremely passionate when I’m talking about things I love.Read More →

Aside from being a book hoarder, this fangirl loves buying decoration/jewelry, clothes and other knickknacks that have to do with books and/or movies. Large.nl is a large Dutch web-shop that sells lots of fandom stuff. From Funko pop to jewelry, clothing, mugs and many more items. Aside from book/movie/tv series related stuff they also sell a lot of brand clothing/shoes and such. There’s just so much to buy on that web shop and it’s definitely one of my favorite web-shops out there. A while back we made ourselves backstage members – You pay a yearly amount with which you receive your backstage membership and youRead More →

“Re-reading a favorite book is for me often an even more beautiful reading experience than starting a new read”.  Sure, reading a story for the first time is really magical and unique and gives you a reading experience you only experience that first time. But.. re-reading gives my a whole other special, unique and magical reading experience which I then again not experience with a first read. So.. Today I’m going to discuss the ‘Why RE-reading is such a pleasure for me. Why I keep re-reading a book/series while I still have so many UNread books on my shelves, waiting to be picked.’ UpRead More →

A while back a friend of mine got several signed Dutch J.L. Armentrout editions from Jennifer herself so she could forward them to Annabel from Het leven van een Boekenworm – she did a giveaway in May with some Armentrout signed copies – and myself so we could organize giveaways with the books. Since the Dutch publisher of Armentrout’s books Zomer & Keuning planned a read-a-long that’ll start on July 24th I decided that now was the perfect time to do a giveaway with a signed copy of VAL VOOR MIJ, the 4th book in the WACHT OP MIJ series , which will be readRead More →

I mostly bought completed series in the past – if a series was already completely published yet – and started reading them when I’ve had all of the books at home. But I’ve come across several series I didn’t like as much as I thought beforehand and ended up selling the series, which is such a waste of money I think since you never get the exact same amount as what you paid, even though most of the books are still brand new. And since my book shelves are beginning to fill up again and I need to be smart about the ‘space’ on myRead More →
